Here I bring you yet another DIY. I've been posting DIY surprisingly more than I'd intended so I hope you'll like it. Today is a super easy and fast DIY that would take you 30 minutes tops, we are doing a John Lennon silhouette wall art canvas and I'll be taking you step by step in doing so.

















WHAT YOU'LL NEED









STEP ONE



First step is to prepare your clip-art or silhouette of John Lennon and cut it out. Try your best to cut as close as your lines as this will be the guide and make painting so much easier. The cut out does not have to be high-quality printed just as long as the lines is visible for you to cut so you wont have to waste inks. 



STEP TWO


Place your cut on top of your canvas then tape it in place to help you trace, if you are centring the picture use a ruler to get a precise angle. 



STEP THREE




Then trace your cut out to your canvas and un tape/ take off your cutout. You will hopefully be left with an outline like so.




STEP FOUR




Next step is to paint in the background in any color you like, I am painting mine in pink because I feel my room needs it. 




STEP FIVE



Then paint the silhouette in any color you'd like as well but a little tip black works best for the silhouette as it stays true and classic to the look. 



STEP SIX

And WUALLA! Your canvas clip art of the talented John Lennon is done!
